Pyrgos Mytelini is a special place. Built in the Sourada
area of Mytelini in 1916 by the architect Ignatio Vafiadi, it is a classic
example of Second-Empire style.
In 1985 it was carefully renovated devoting great
attention to its historical details, and has operated as a luxury hotel since
August 1999. Each of the hotel's 12 deluxe rooms has its own unique style,
blending soft colours and fabrics with fine period furnishings.
