Panagiouda is a fisherman village at 6 kilometers
far from Mytilini.
Around its stone port there are a lot of fish
restaurants where the visitor can eat fresh fish and drink the local ouzo.
In the square of the village there is a church
consecrated to the Virgin, beautiful with its impressive cupola, built on
1896.
The inhabitants of Panagiuda deal mostly with
fishing.
